This document outlines the legal conditions governing access to and use of the Caesars Windsor platform and its related services.

Caesars Windsor Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Caesars Windsor. They govern access to and use of the platform, accounts and related services. By accessing or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the service.

The company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the official website or platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to the service is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal gambling age applicable in their province or territory of residence. In Canada, the minimum age varies by province and territory:

Province or Territory - Minimum Age
Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon - 19
Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec - 18

You must not access or use the service if you do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. Underage gambling is an offence under Canadian law. The company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account with Caesars Windsor. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, the company may close all associated accounts and void any transactions conducted through them, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.3 Identity Verification

The company is required to verify the identity of account holders in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-money laundering obligations and provincial regulatory requirements. As part of the Know Your Customer process, you may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address or other documentation. Access to certain account functions may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Geographic Access and Jurisdiction

The service is available only to users physically located in eligible Canadian provinces and territories. Access may be restricted or unavailable depending on your location at the time of use. Users located in restricted jurisdictions must not attempt to access the service through the use of virtual private networks, proxy servers or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions. Such conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use.

Where provincial regulation applies, you must be physically present within the applicable province at the time of use. Caesars Windsor operates subject to applicable provincial and federal laws of Canada.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the service, you agree to act in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
  • Creating or operating automated accounts, bots or scripts
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, including collusion, chip-dumping or manipulation of games or payment systems
  • Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or system bugs for personal gain
  • Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates FINTRAC requirements or other applicable Canadian financial regulations
  • Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limits
  • Abusing promotional structures or engaging in arbitrage strategies that are not consistent with normal user conduct

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds where permitted by law, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

5. Currency and Transactions

All transactions conducted through the service are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your financial institution or payment provider. Transactions in currencies other than CAD are not accepted unless otherwise stated in writing.

Transaction records are maintained in accordance with data retention obligations under applicable Canadian law. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate sources.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

The company may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • You have breached these Terms of Use
  • Your account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the service or to other users
  • You have requested self-exclusion or action is required under responsible gambling obligations

Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding verification requirements, legal holds or regulatory restrictions.

7. Responsible Gambling

Caesars Windsor provides tools intended to support responsible gambling practices, including options to set limits, take breaks or self-exclude from the service, where available. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, you are encouraged to contact a support service in your province. In Ontario, support is available through Connex Ontario.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caesars Windsor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not affect any mandatory rights you hold under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province in which you are located when using the service and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable province.

To initiate a complaint or dispute, contact the support team through the official contact channels listed on the Caesars Windsor website. Complaints will be acknowledged and a response provided within a reasonable timeframe.
